Each person may hold only one wbuzz account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, wbuzz will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.
When registering your wbuzz account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, please update your account profile or contact the wbuzz support team.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wbuzz login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. wbuzz will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your wbuzz account and avoid logging in on shared or public devices. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact wbuzz support immediately.
All financial transactions on wbuzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wbuzz supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your wbuzz account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. wbuzz is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 48 hours.
Good to know: wbuzz does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your mobile wallet provider are outside of wbuzz's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.
wbuzz offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The general rules below apply to all wbuzz bonuses unless stated otherwise.

All games available on the wbuzz platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game results are not influenced by wbuzz staff, previous results, or the size of your bet. The house edge for each game is fixed and disclosed within the game interface.
By playing any game on wbuzz, you accept the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the wbuzz server records, the server records will be considered the authoritative source.
If a game malfunctions or produces an error during play, all bets placed during the malfunction period are void and stakes will be returned to the player's account. wbuzz is not liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.
Note: Winnings generated through a known technical error or software bug are not valid and will not be paid out. If you notice an error during gameplay, stop playing and contact wbuzz support immediately.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wbuzz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
wbuzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any activity that poses a risk to the platform or other players.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals until the investigation is complete. wbuzz will aim to resolve all investigations within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to the registered email address on the account.
You may also choose to close your wbuzz account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet after identity verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance.
wbuzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through your account settings or by contacting the wbuzz support team.
